Brock End

Brock End, Swindon is a development of 38 apartments arranged into six blocks set in grounds in Old Town, Swindon. They are located in the heart of the Old Town area with bars, restaurants and specialist shops, a short walk from the main town centre with amenities such as theatre, cinema, restaurants and department stores. Brock End takes its name from Brock Hill in Cricklade Street. 

All the leaseholders are entitled to be a member of Brock End RTM Company Ltd. The leaseholders of Croft House and Newport House exercised their Right to Manage on 1 May 2015, Southwich House on 1 November 2016, Scott House and Betjeman House on 1 April 2017 and the final block Vilett House on 1 January 2018.
